Free Shipping: All orders over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping: All orders under $99 are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $10 for economy shipping.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order expedited by a specific date, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Processing timeline: All orders are shipped within 24 business hours of the order being placed. This excludes orders placed on weekends. 

Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time for our economy shipping is 7-10 business days. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your location and other external factors. 

Holiday Shipping: During holiday seasons, turnaround times may be extended by 24 hours due to increased order volumes and potential postal service delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during peak seasons. 

Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event that a package is marked as delivered but is subsequently stolen, Ruby Mint is not liable for the loss. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact your local authorities and then start a claim with the carrier before reaching out to hello@rubymint.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.
