RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have outlined our return policy below. All returns are for refunds only as we do not process exchanges. 

Returnable Items: 

  • Item must be purchased from rubymint.com
  • The item must be returned within 14 days from delivery. 
  • Product is in its original condition (unused, unwashed) and has all tags attached. 

The CUSTOMER is required to provide the shipping label to return the item.

To initiate a return Contact us at hello@rubymint.com with the following information to expedite the return process. 

  1. Order number 
  2. Item being returned
  3. Reason for return 
  4. Tracking number for the return

Please pack the product securely, including all original packaging and any accompanying Documentation. Ship the product to the address provided in our response email. 

Please note that the product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged for a return to be accepted.

Once your item is delivered it can take up to 7 days for the return to be inspected and processed. Once the item is approved and refunded it can take up to 10 days for the refund to post to your account.

*Ruby Mint reserves the right to deny a return or refund for any and all items that do not meet the Returnable Items requirement.

Rejected Return: If your return is rejected you will be charged a $15 shipping fee to have the item returned. If you do not pay the invoice within 10 days your item will be discarded.
